It seems that some within the SBC consider Resolution 9 so serious that it demands withdrawal from the SBC altogether. Al Mohler has also spoken out against Resolution 9 post Convention, but did not do so at the Convention. This is a developing story and it is important to keep an eye on it (KSchaal).
New Mexico Church exits SBC, says J.D. Greear and the Southern Baptist Convention promote false teaching after embrace of Resolution 9. Church says Critical Race Theory, Intersectionality and what the Resolution promotes are condemned in Scripture. Letter says 2 Peter 2 and Jude apply to current SBC.
